At Teva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit for your adventures, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between an exchange for a different size or a full refund, then download and print your pre-paid USPS shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized USPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return is processed and your refund or exchange is issued.
